Do you have a minimum order cost? Yes. The minimum merchandise order is $75.00.
I do not have a business. Can I buy from Joissu? Yes, we are happy to serve you!
My Business is Tax Exempt. Will I be charged Tax? We are licensed and required to collect either sales tax or use tax unless you provide us with a valid Sales Tax Certificate (issued to resellers or non-profit institutions). Send us your Sales Tax Certificate, and taxes will be removed from your order. We will keep your Sales Tax Certificate on file until it expires. NOTE: Joissu will not reimburse taxes unless Sales Tax Certificate is received in the same month the order is shipped.
Are all your products shown on line? Yes. Our complete assortment is available at www.joissu.com
Why Should I Register? Registering allows you to log into your account at anytime to check the status of orders, maintain a "Wish List", duplicate a previous order and receive promotional e-mails with special offers and discounts.
What is the "Wish List"? The wish list enables you to select product and review later. For example, if an item is out of stock, you can place it in your Wish List and when the item comes back in stock it will show as ready to add to your cart.
Once I place an order, how can I be sure my order was received? You will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation.
Can I track shipping? You will receive an email with your order tracking number.

Does Joissu have a showroom? We do not have a Showroom.
Can I order on-line and pick up at your facility? We do not offer order pick up.
